Over the last few days we've been having various needed inspections, and today was the preliiminary inspection with the guy that decides whether or not we get the restaurant license... overall the review was very very good, but there's a couple of little nitty things that need to be fixed and finished before we can open, and it looks like the Chez will be in business next Tuesday for lunch, but not breakfast. And forever and ever after that.
