Wedge of iceberg, topped with our homemade roquefort dressing and a bit of thinly sliced radishes.

Sandwiches
Sandwiches come with our famous cabbage salad. You may, if you prefer, substitute a cup of soup or small green salad for $1.

Inspired by the foods of Africa. Creamy peanut butter on whole wheat, with sunflower seeds, mandarin oranges, thinly sliced red onions and fresh greens.

Mixed cheeses with raw bell peppers, onions, and lettuce, on whole wheat or white sourdough bread.

Eggs in a fresh dill mayonnaise sauce, on whole wheat or white sourdough.

Meatloaf Sandwich on whole wheat or sourdough $6.75/$4.5 half sandwich.
Made from pasture raised grassfed beef from Hubacher Farm in northern Wisconsin. On whole wheat or white sourdough, with cheese, onions and lettuce.

Tuesday: ¥Roasted Winter Squash Puree Organic winter squash, oven roasted and coarsely pureed. Topped with a bit of aged chedder or asiago cheese if desired. Comes with bread. $4 side order/$7 for a full bowl (more)

Shrimp Creole over rice
Pink shrimp in a tangy, spicy tomato sauce with peppers, onions and scallions. Served over brown rice. $7

Wednesday: ¥Welsh Rarebit $7 Cheddar cheese, cream and eggs baked with toasted whole wheat, topped with greens and red onion. Comes with coleslaw.

¥ Big Bowl of Beets Earthy OG beets, tossed with butter, salt and pepper, served with whole wheat $4 side order/$7 for a full bowl with bread.

Thursday: Lunch ~ ¥V Sesame Kale Tender and flavorful organic kale simmered with onions and cayenne pepper, then stirfried with garlic and lightly dressed with toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, tamari soy sauce and white pepper. $4 side order/$7 for a full bowl w/bread.

¥ Broccoli Quiche. Served with a mixed greens salad and bread $7

Dinner: Bottomless bowl ~ ¥ Veggie Pot Pie. Sauteed mushrooms, kale, onions, cauliflower, potatoes and yams in a creamy herb sauce, under a flaky puff pastry crust. Served with cabbage salad and bread.
¥Roasted Vegetables in Tomato Sauce, over polenta: Mixed seasonal organic vegetables in an herbed tomato sauce, ladled over tender polenta, topped with mozzarella and baked until bubbly and browned. Served with bread and a small salad.

Friday: Lunch ~ ¥V Roasted vegetable medley. Organic beets, carrots, onions, leeks and potatoes, marinated in a saucy thyme and lemon vinaigrette ~ oven roasted. Served with french bread. $7

Dinner ~ ¥Cheese and cumin quiche, braised leeks with vinaigrette dressing, and roasted beets. $14.
